We strive to provide accurate estimates and timelines, but actual costs and completion dates may vary based on site conditions, weather, and other factors beyond our control. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated to you and may require an updated estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service estimate or contract. Unless otherwise specified, we typically require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards.

If payment is not received according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to suspend work and may charge interest on late payments. Any additional work requested beyond the original scope will be billed separately.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer warranties on our concrete installations. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or natural disasters.

To maintain your warranty, you must follow the care and maintenance instructions we provide. This includes proper curing time, sealing when recommended, and avoiding excessive loads during the initial curing period.

Property Access and Site Conditions

You agree to provide us with clear access to the work area and to ensure the site is ready for work as discussed. This includes removing any obstacles, relocating vehicles, and ensuring pets are secured. You are responsible for marking the location of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other buried features before we begin work.

If we encounter unexpected site conditions such as rock, underground utilities, or poor soil, we will notify you immediately. Additional work required to address these conditions may result in extra charges.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has begun. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

BCM Bedford Concrete Masters and its employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for those services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
